  • Requires 2-3 hours of your time which can be split over two days if needed. You will be evaluated by a Resilient team member to determine any limitations you have and will receive a customized training program to fit your goals. Optimal technique is taught for every exercise for you to complete the program independently at another gym. You will have access to online video support to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly.

Train Online

  • Programs designed for people who want to feel and move better in order to live the life they want. This is not an 8 week total body transformation program promising you’ll drop 40lbs and have a 6 pack. Training is a game of consistency and longevity in order for its true benefits to be experienced.
  • Programs are flexible to fit your ever changing schedule. This is not a commitment to train 2 hours at a time, 5 days per week, but a decision to maximize the actual amount of time you can dedicate to the gym. You can choose the option that most fits your life and receive a new phase each month.
